Should inspectors be able to do work on a home after closing? (This will upset contractors)
Should the bug man be able to become a licensed HI and then make the bugs go away before closing. (I don’t want bug in the home when I move in)
Should the Florida Gov. Require me to inspect to some COE or SOP?
