I agree Ken, to a degree. If you are going to look at the addition of GFI’s, TPR discharge lines, Under the sink plumbing, etc… or any of the punch-list issues. I think you are just doing what you do best.


If your dealing with Structual or Environmental issues then yes don’t touch it. I also wont deal with furnace re-inspections.(after service call)

Also saved some sellers from work orders that wern't completed although they were charged full price.
