I would dial, or introduce myself somehow, to as many multi-inspector firms that I could locate in my area. :grin: :+1: :thinking: :upside_down_face:

Call everyone within 100 miles and ask one simple question: “Will I be required to write any reports?”
I HATE writing reports!! I could inspect 46 hours a day non-stop, but I am at my witts end after 5 minutes of report writing!! I actually hate it worse than talking with realtors… so that’s saying A LOT!!
