What's wrong here?

The only thing I see wrong is the fitting for the liquidtight flexible metal conduit.

That screw coupling looks wacky to me .
Just walked in ans it was the first thing I noticed.
I am under the impression that the Liquid tight male end should screw directly into a female coupling.
This is not what I see .

Improper use of fittings.

The rigid metal conduit coupling is only for coupling sections of rigid metal conduit. It is not for transitioning between two raceway types in this manner.

EMT/LT Combination Couplings are available for this use and are also identified for this type of installation in the NECA standards.
