Don’t make fun of the duck! It’s doing fine and well on the east end of Long Island. (I think, Hampton Bays) It use to belong to a duck farmer back in the thirties, and was moved three times. The latest move was back in the mid 80’s, Kristy Brinkly, of Billy Joel fame(if that’s the correct spelling) spearheaded the move from Flanders NY to Hampton Bays. There is rumors, that its to be moved back to its original location in Riverhead NY, I believe.
