I know tools and toys get talked about a fair bit already, but I haven’t found a good answer to this question. I have a fenix pd36r which is a great flashlight for inspections. It’s bright, rechargeable, and a great size. However there are times when I could really use a broader flood beam. For instance lighting up a section of dark attic space or a utility room for a better photo.
Right now I often point the flashlight behind me to get a bounce lighting effect but that isn’t always convenient. So do any of you have a favorite floodlight for inspections?
