John O. was right , my head was stuck in a door and John Bowman put some KY on my head and set me free.
Now I can do my report.
Item #1 entry door to narrow and should be widened to accept the head of the inspector. Therefore , I recommend further evaluation by a licensed and qualified egomaniac. Preferably JB from Mo.

As you requested, Mr. Allen, I have inspected the door in which your head was stuck to determine if the incident was a result of structural damage.
While I am happy to inform you that I found no structural damage, I regret to inform you that it was not a door at all in which your head was stuck, but instead have determined that your head was stuck as a result of an involuntary contraction of your own anal sphincter muscle.
I am recommending that you contract a qualified licensed proctologist to prescribe the necessary medication that will prevent this from happening again. There is no charge for this additional evaluation. Glad to see you back on the board.
