And I’m thinking, why does that address seem familiar.oh sheeeit. I inspected that place. So I looked it up. The house next door. Whew. Total loss I heard elsewhere.

Heads up, you have two items not synced. Might not be important stuff for this particular inspection, but good practice to always double check everything synced. 
I saw that. I gotta figure it was me drilling into the old inspection. That house closed, the deal is done. Shrug.
My recommendation is to go back through some past reports and take a look. Some users are reporting they thought everything was synced but found un-synced items later and have had to revise reports. I went back through all of mine since switching and have no un-synced items. But I’m the paranoid type that repeatedly syncs even if the system shows all synced. I sync probably 6 or 7 times after the inspection just to make sure. Best practice right now is to kill the app and re-open it, and check for un-synced items. Just a heads up.
