thats what I was looking for Because I"ve gotten a few calls to replace fixtures (not install, but replace) them. Also, is it BY THE CITY, that a licensed plumber needs to install it, or can Joe Blow do it?

Todd is correct. I always refer the highest authority when I give recommendations.
Occasionally, I will "recommend repairs and/or replacement as necessary" - for minor things like sticky door knobs, window screens and such.
The important things (IMHO) are;
(1) do NOT assign responsibility
(2) consider safety when making recommendations
(3) keep in mind local regulations with regard to necessary permits
(4) report it and/or defer it so that you don't have to buy it ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)
