Yeah, if we were to talk about percentage, it would have to be somewhere around .1% of the list price, which would be close, but only works between about $400k-2M. (500k=$500)

I agree! I happen to BE a Real Estate Broker as well. I can appreciate different points of views …
why is it that floor installers charge by the square foot and gynecologists’ do not…it’s not the same job…simple as that …
