The bottom line is the people want to work with people they like to work with. There are many reasons why people may like you or not like you. The quality of your work and response time are big factors.
By looking at my poll 5 of 50 voted for cheap price or 10% of the voters. The same ones probably voted to rush to as many jobs as possable.
About 1 out of 4 use IR and I am sure that number will grow as the years progress.
Less than half have more experience than 5 years/1000 inspections.
