Is it a back-fed breaker which I assume it is? A screw or hold-down clamp is required to secure a back-fed breaker for safety reasons. Do you have a picture with the dead front cover removed and/or the circuit labels?

I do not, sorry. I rent and didn’t want to do anything of the sorts for the educational portion. Thank you for your answer and helping me learn more!!
That is the main breaker (backfed) of a 100 A panel turning off the entire dwelling. It is required to be secured by a screw.

The safety reason is that if the back-fed breaker were to accidentally detach while someone was working inside the panel, the “live” back-fed breaker would be flopping around inside the panel.
