This reminds me of the ol’ boy sitting and drinking coffee at a truck stop when a young man came in with wild, multicolored spiked hair, tatoos, pierced nose…the whole works.
The man just stared at the kid until the boy asked “What’s wrong, old man? Didn’t you ever do anything crazy when you were young?”
The old boy took a sip from his coffee and said, “Yep. I got drunk, once, and had sex with a peacock and I was wondering if you were my son.”

Looks like a dog to me. It’s hard to tell with just a head shot. I vote dog not demon.
Ive seen uglier dogs than that one riding around in the back of local p/u trucks. There are some butt ugly dogs here.
