Wind Mit. form for Trailer/Moble homes?

My PC crashed & trying to obtain the MIT forms for mobile homes.

There is no form for that because mobile homes don’t qualify for OIR From 1802 (Wind Mitigation).

That’s what I thought, but I recalled having a form for it.
I even had a form filled out w/photos of the straps that were buried in the ground & wrapped around the base of the trailer.

A client of mine insurance company is requesting a MIT of the trailer. :roll:

I think you mean tie down affadavit, not wind mitigation form. I posted it to download for you.
