I have completed several Wind Mitigation Inspections in the past however I am drawing a blank on this one. I received a request to do a Wind Mit. on a one story villa/condo where there are 6 condos under one roof. Is this considered a commercial Inspection being over 4 units? If not do I account for the entire roof structure over all 6 units or just the small section of the unit that I am dealing with.
Any responses would be helpful…
