I read through many of the forums and still a bit confused, I am looking for clarification. The home in the picture is all hip roof with the exception of this patio. The roof of the patio comes off the main roof structure and since it’s above the fascia I am assuming I would count this as a NON hip attribute when doing the measurement calculations ? The patio is screened in.
