I did a wind mitigation inspection in the morning and I have some concerne about to this attachment and I don’t Know if is clips or Toe Nails? what do you think?
How many nails do you see?

2 Nails in each side
You need a minimum of 3 nails for proper attachment, not 2.
And the “toe-nails” are visible in the photo as well.
