I was all through the attic in this home and it’s a rather large home. What do I do if this is the only connections I can find?
You need to find a roof to wall connection, and one that’s visible (photographable).
I searched around the whole entire attic and this was the only thing you can see
Well, if that’s all you can see or verify, then you pick G, “Unknown or unidentified”, since there’s no RTW to be seen there.
