Wind Mitigations for Condo Units Only Question

Hello everyone, looking for a little direction to make sure I am completing the form correctly. I have recently had a few clients contact me requesting wind mitigation for their condo units in a 7-story building after they have had windows and sliders replaced. They already have the Type II or III report from the HOA, and this is strictly for the unit.

My questions are to you, just omit the sections on roofing and attachments, or do you just click on no access?

My second question is that the front door of all these units is in a central hallway and does not face out and has to be accessed by entering the building and then using an elevator or staircase. If the door is a standard wood door with no glazed opening but does not have any impact rating, would this still count as an entry door, since it does not have access to the outside?
I feel this door would not count as it does not access the outside, and that it should only be the windows and sliding glass doors that face out bound that I should be documenting, and the rest should be covered by the Type II or III or am I off base?

Thanks for your guidance.

Hi Todd,
The general practice is to complete the 1802 in its entirety. But in the address make sure you complete that it is for your unit on floor x of x (like Unit 302 of floor 3 of 7)… the roof deck is probably structural but you need to prove a concrete roof deck… and RTW will be structural most likely as well.. but you will need roof top access to confirm and confirm there is no attic. The door if it is on the interior would usually not count. Hope that helps!

Thank you very much.
