Nice find John. I was taken back by the comment about the roof tiles not being in compliance even though they were installed under the new building codes. Does this make sense to you?

Its just one more way for the insurance companies to deny discounts / credits and rape the public. It will probably take a law suit to straighten this mess out.

The tile is not listed on the form
(R905.3.4 Clay tile. Clay roof tile shall comply with ASTM C 1167.R905.3.5 Concrete tile.Concrete roof tile shall comply with ASTM C 1492.).

State Farm is the only one that I know that does not take tile installed after 2/28/01
