while do an exterior inspection on the clients home and doing a through window inspection , there ware a total of 10 casement windows of vinyl construction and all were in good condition with no visible defects . while entering the home i inspected the area around the trims of the windows and all were caulked and sealed , there were no visible signs of any leaking seals or broken gaskets .
