Window Leaking

Hello, I moved into my newly constructed house 3 years ago this month. After last nights rain and a couple rains in previous years I noticed that water was dripping in from the inside of the window at the top where the caulking has shrunken a bit. I have vinyl siding around the house and have quaker windows. I’ve only noticed the couple windows leaking when it is a blowing hard rainstorm and at no other time. Any ideas? The main problem I noticed last night was when I went downstairs and water was dripping off of the ductwork to the vents upstairs which are situated directly underneath the 2 windows that appear to be leaking. It appears to be running down the wall and hitting the duct work for the vent and dripping on the floor. Just fyi, I also have a deck that goes the length of the house on the main floor. Any advice/help on what to do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!
