I’d be extremely curious to see how an individual home inspectors business improves with E&O insurance and without. In terms of sales.


i.e. Does Joe Blows Inspection firm generate more business BECAUSE he has E&O?

I agree, it’s for the Home Inspectors benefit.


But let's face it, Realtors are our reference source, and they know who has it and who doesn't.

Realtor A to client - "Joe Blows firm has E&O, but Jim Doe doesn't. If I were you I'd pick Joe Blows firm".

Heard that first hand.
