WTF Picture of the Day

Not inspection related, but is there a new super breed of mosquito?
Killed this guy in my truck before he could sting me!

If you scab the cut off portion back on, all original strength is regained. :man_shrugging:

Not really a WTF, but inspection today was on a golf course. Seller was unaware of this damage. :golfing_man: :golf:

Yes “they” released GMO mosquitos in FL a few years ago. I’ve been killing the smallest mosquitos I’ve ever seen recently.

Maybe a Trump Campaign golf shot…OOOPSIE!! Or maybe a “GMO’” mosquito?

Do folks that live on golf courses have insurance to cover stuff like this? :man_shrugging:

The seller was present. He got on the phone right away to order a replacement window. I asked if he would call the golf course and he said probably not. Sounds like the golf course won’t do anything. This was the 4th time since he owned the home, but he said usually it has been the upper level windows. I suppose he could turn it into homeowners, depending on deductible.

I had a roof earlier this year that had something similar to hail damage, but only on the side facing the tee. I found a dozen golf balls in the gutters.

It’s not everyday that I see a baptismal font during a home inspection.
But I did today.

I have seen many things used in a toilette tanks to freshen things up, but never a tube of cinnamon tooth paste.
