WTF Picture of the Day

Uh, oh! Single wall. What’s it to?

It appeared to be unused/abandoned.

They should have spent the time to find the proper pot to cover it.

Tell her that next time you’ll inspect by Zoom, with her holding the camera,
and maybe it will be a bit softer.

I know p-traps and S-traps but I think I need another alphabet to describe this one.

They worked so hard at doing it wrong. :face_with_spiral_eyes: haha

Well, an easy fix, eh?

Another language. Isn’t the defect the orientation of the dishwasher drain connection into the pipe rather than the goofy wrap around configuration?

I would call it a No Trap, for the dishwasher that is.

Gross! What did the inside of the dishwasher look like?

(in my best Cliff Clavin voice) Well that there is your standard switchback, wash augmented, low aav p-trap. Common in some small apartments, condos, trailers, and higher end duck blinds.

I get it. I hate when plumbing drains get in the way of my storing items under the sink.

Was this a vacant house or did you remove the stored items?

THat house was indeed vacant. But I do remove enough items to get a good view if the home is occupied. Here is a video from a few hours ago.

Testing my new roof boots in the rain. they have magnets built into the soles. I feel like spiderman with all the awesome traction.

Interesting limited liability company name. They are a little bit famous in their state.

Huh? “are you sick”?

(Not for sure on the “Hun” part…French.)

Hon, are you sick? Is the building / property owner’s name. Which is appropriate I suppose, because they lease the building to a CVS pharmacy.

Ah, Meritage. It’s never a dull inspection with this builder :joy:
