I did a pre-drywall inspection last week, called out a tub that was out of level by 5/8" from one end to the other.
Builder sent this photo to the buyer and said that the tub was deemed “level”
Even a stupid torpedo level is off!
They also said that this load bearing stud pack was found structurally secure. (it continues up through the second floor as well)
They have the studs notched out 50%, (max allowed is 25%). Probably wont do anything about it. But honestly, it probably isnt a huge deal considering the rest of that wall…
