Usually none… I took a pic of one yesterday that was insulated because I hardly ever see that.
It’s my ‘go to’ ladder for attics and roof access. Light and fits in the back of my vehicle easily. Much lighter than the Little Giant (which I use when I need a step ladder).
Anyone recently had any issues with the cold temperatures? I usually just leave the ladders in my van, or garage when I have to load the drum set. I have had to bring the X & C inside a few times to let it thaw out so that the top rung would drop down. I absolutely love it, and it makes a great conversation piece.

You have to be very careful with very cold temps. When it freezes it sometimes make it hard to open all the way or one step is frozen. Check edge step before standing on it to make sure it latches.

I bought mine at www.walmart.com. That was the best price I was able to find at that time. They ship it to the store and you go and pick it up. I like Walmart because returns are easy, if you want to do so.
