Completed first paid inspection yesterday. Went off without a hitch. I loved it as much as I thought I would. Now I need more business so I can quit my day job.

I hope I have prepared myself well enough.
1) have accountant
2) have Mentor of 12+ years as an inspector
3) have E&O and GL
4) followed mentor around on about 8 jobs then he followed me around for 4
5)Construction most my life and have been to HI school (yippy)
6) and I think the biggest, im scared to make a mistake so I ask alot of questions.
I want to try and treat every inspection as if I were buying the house. It takes time but its right. (I hope)
