2 Air Handlers, No Condenser

I suspect carrier units were abandoned. You have Payne tag?

I posted it above. Manufactured in 2000.

It is in the picture you posted on the bottom right in red and white, Robert.

You’re just pokin’ a hornets nest…

Sorry Larry and Charley. I meant manufacturing label with S/N & M/N. I take it is image P4010004 at the bottom? That’s the AHU you are referring to. Got It.
Good luck. Can’t help.
Ask the owner were the condenser is.

I feel like I’m eating my own tail right now.

You could report what you saw and tested and refer the rest of the system operation back to the seller to explain to your buyer or refer to a qualified professional for further assessment with corrections, if any, as needed.

Condensers abandoned and removed due to failure? Looks like a hazmat site.

From here it looks like:

Pic 2: air handler with evaporator and heating strips
Pic 3: 11/2 ton water cooled AC condensing unit

Morning, Marcel. Hope this post finds you are yours well.
Water cooled! You circulate Water or Air.
You’re the best!

I also consider a dual zone HVAC system.

Hypothetically, if/when there is no external air cooler, for the compressor, I’d/you turn my/your thoughts to water cooling:-) I/You could see the control valve.

Personally, I don’t like spelling everything out or uncovering all the components at once. Cross referencing is integral part when/while inspecting and reporting to me. An effort to eliminate false positive hypothese. When all else fails, I refer back to the vendors to disclose components and service records.

Sorry for the back and forth, Charley. I was cooking, which eventually turn out to be burning my supper trying to help. Lol. Not use to cooking. I typically eat out.

Hope everything works out.
Best regards.
