The best measure I’ve found is if an insurance company will accept a pre-inspection agreement for their policies. Might want the new kid on the block (for mold e&o), Allen Insurance take a peek & comment.

Designing a Mold Sampling Agreement as a stand alone would be great as well.

I will e-mail you what I mean. I am thinking sampling with the only mention of inspection is “This is not a Mold Inspection”. I have a rough copy and I wanted to see what you think. Won’t get to it until this week end however.
