AO Smith FSG4216 - S/N MK910024669216

I miss wrote an age for a water heater on a report and it has come back to bite me. Am I correct in now stating that in was manufactured November 1991?

According to the info that I have from A.O. Smith.


MK 910024669216 would equate to:

K = Nov
91 = 1991.

A = Jan
B = Feb
C = Mar, etc etc

So it appears you are correct, unless it's not an A.O. White.
