A personal competitor of mine (author) who independently wrote a book very similar to one I wrote, is offering NACHI members a 10% discount. Like many of my competitors in the home inspection business, I became friends with Durenda Fachtmann, bought her book, read it, enjoyed it, and now offer it to anyone else interested.
