During this two-day training Certified Master Inspectors® will guide you through the following: Electrical Systems; Plumbing Systems; Heating Systems; Structural Issues; EIFS and Modern Synthetic Stucco Systems; and Inspection Protocol.
During the class we will:
- deep dive into stucco inspections using the stuccoed panels and other siding samples for hands-on examination.
- discuss plumbing in-depth, including problematic plumbing materials, scald temperatures, plumbing codes, water heater flue issues, and well system operations.
- cover a detailed inspection checklist of electrical panels and electrical panel defect recognition, grounding and bonding, GFCI and AFCI requirements, and aluminum wiring issues.
