Hi Joe,


It will just be a basic presentation covering the items we inspect. Defects that we most commonly find in our market area.


I will be sharing photos of some of my own experiences.


I hope to have a group discussion so that we may all learn from each others experience.

With the addition of Nancy Campiglia to our agenda my time will more than likely be limited.

If you need anything let me know, and be sure to address the issues we spoke of on the train where you have no basements, and the differences in East Coast construction and wiring. Most of the Florida people are from the Northern East Coast so they will understand.
