China is going to stop selling us their plastic crap pretty soon anyway. They’re moving toward a consumer economy. Their workers are tired of making products for Americans that their assembly line workers can’t afford themselves… and their factories are tired of trading their hard products for our recently-printed paper dollars.

Well, they sell us products which just about matches the value of the American Dollar.

This post is a good reason not to concern ourselves with reporting recalled items during a home inspection.

There are just too many to keep track of and in this case is anyone really going to try to determine if a home has this particular type and model of fan with the wrong bulbs in it?

Do you really want to be held responsible for the items you miss?
