I have a pretty good working knowledge of PA requirements. I was looking more for national criteria or assocaition criteria… No big deal. Just wondering.
I had one tell the lender that the heating system was missing, 3-weeks after the inspection, agent called me and wanted me to send a letter that is was in fact installed, well this house was in a part off Chicago that you need full battle rattle to get in and out off, told the agent that it is possible that it may have been stolen, have seen it before, told agent I would go back for a fee, She declined and went herself.
