Attic vent no soffit or ridge vent

I own a double-wide in Texas that has a plywood wall in the attic, located at the junction of the two halves. There are no soffits or ridge vents and blown in insulation. This has resulted in condensation on the walls inside the living space near the ceiling in summer months. I added some more insulation and it continued so I’m assuming the attic needs some ventilation. The most cost effective solution I came up with was to add a gable fan on one end and gable vent on the other. However with the plywood partitioning the attic, I assume I would need one for both attic spaces. Will this ventilation setup provide sufficient airflow to effectively eliminate heat from the attic?

It would be adequate in my opinion, for most manufactured homes. As a matter of fact, depending on the house orientation and the prevailing winds in your area, you may not even need the fan. Just some appropriately sized gable vents at each end.

If you do use a fan, make sure to figure out what the intake size should be on the other end of the house. You don’t want the fan to be struggling to pull sufficient air from the attic, as it will then try to pull some from the conditioned area.
