The program is now in full force. I’ve been in contact with broker/managers around the country and getting them to advise their agents to recommend solely InterNACHI members.
Another project I’m working with insurance companies to provide discounts to real estate offices (yes, real estate brokers buy insurance) that recommend InterNACHI members, since they are now indemnified by doing so.

Wow giving the Brokers a discount would be a motivator for them.
One more question…
Is it only the Real Estate Agent that is able to get this??? or If I am referred by a Property management company for inspection ?sight assessments, can they be covered as well???
Right now the coverage is only provided to those who hold a real estate license.

That is great news for us here and around Brossard Area where the AIBQ buddies of the Quebec brokerage association are getting priviledged referrals from the OACIQ which goes an open market rule and Federal law.
