This 5-day hands on class will fully equip the student with the fundamentals, techniques and hands on practical training in order to perform a thorough and accurate home inspection. Topics covered include, Code of Ethics, Standards of Practice, Report Writing, Material Defects and more. You will be able to identify and report on common and uncommon defects found in a residential home.
