CCPIA® Hosted a 5-Day Commercial Property Inspection Training for ABCHI
Last week, CCPIA® hosted a custom-designed, private 5-Day Commercial Property Inspection Training for ABCHI in Toronto.
Students spent three packed classroom sessions diving deep into commercial property inspection fundamentals before heading out to inspect four different commercial buildings over two days.
The course was thoughtfully developed over several months to align with ABCHI’s goals: helping their franchisees expand beyond small and light commercial projects, strengthen their branding as a commercial property inspection company, and build the confidence needed to take on larger opportunities.
Led by Rob Claus of CCPIA®, the program connected ABCHI’s reporting software, marketing strategies, and key property types, along with identified knowledge gaps, into a cohesive training experience. Can’t wait to see what’s to come next for ABCHI in the commercial sector!
