This 3-day course reviews commercial property systems and components, including the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structure and roofing, for the most commonly inspected commercial building types, while highlighting the major differences when compared to residential properties.
This course will also review methodology for commercial inspection pricing/fees and report writing, and is taught in accordance with the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP).
