that’s great. I have been a CCPIA member for 2 years now and It has not paid for itself at all. I have got zero leads from it. I don’t think I’ll be renewing. its more of me throwing my money away. I’m happy for those that benefit from it.

One thing that helps is having marketing geared towards commercial clients. It looks like your marketing in the directory is geared toward home inspections.
