CleanZone seeks NACHI members to become distributors.

They finally sent me an email saying they would call me.

Has anyone checked out the price for this system? Over a 3 year period it costs in the neighborhood of $80,000 to $90,000 the way I see it. I think it is like $25,000 for a 3 year license and then 2-3 thousand for each extra generator and then a couple of hundred dollars a year for new bulbs in each generator and $1200 per month to the company. Don’t quote these prices but I believe this is what I heard at one of their meetings. I don’t have an opinion on their effectiveness, but one would have to do a ton of jobs to break even as a licensee. I have read that generators that do not put out nitrogen bi-products don’t harm rubber or wire insulation. Anyone know if that is true?

I have no problem with it.

**TREC says this service is a conflict of interest for an inspector
to provide this for their clients. Here is the question I asked TREC:

**I came across a service that offers several things that may be a
benefit to people as I do my home inspections.

The web site for this company is here:
http://www.cleanzonesystems.com/

Would it be OK, as a TREC home inspector to provide this
service, along with my home inspection service?

Or, would this be a conflict with the code of ethics and TREC laws.?

The service would be as follows:
sample quote from company website:
