This workshop, presented in conjunction with the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA) will teach you how to select or build a commercial report template, and develop defect ratings, content and terminology. We’ll also discuss special considerations and photo selections. A full commercial inspection report using Spectora software will be illustrated. We’ll conclude with a PowerPoint presentation and a Q&A.
