Last week, we held our three-day Commercial Property Inspection Training Class at the InterNACHI® HQ and House of Horrors® in Boulder, CO! Students gained in-depth knowledge of inspecting commercial building systems and applied what they learned during a hands-on mock inspection. The class also covered essential business practices, including marketing, branding, determining fee structures, writing proposals, and following a commercial SOP.
