And Bob J. Too. Mon 10/16/2006 8:43 PM:D
Thanks to all for the great responses. This has been very helpful.
Particular thanks to Bill for that great disclaimer that he posted here and on that “other” site.
Actually he was one of the inspectors who helped start Home Inspector Pro It didn’t exist at the time, but it was after talking to him that I got involved with his company and 2 others to start putting it together. He wasn’t a NACHI inspector at the time as this was 6 years ago.
Good point. My condo is basically a 2 story stand alone home with the garage being the only thing joined to the neighbor. Thinking about you in skyrise condos makes more sense, much harder to inspect other areas. And I guess some times your roof might be someone elses floor
So that’s how the Borg began!
Yes. You will be assimilated and become part of the collective
Already done!
Oh yeah. Who is Next?
I wondered who I stole that from. Was it Bob Johnston in Kitchener?
Bill Mullen
That is a Town house.
Yep, that’s the Man. Kept that one Too!
Actually it’s still a condo. The difference between a condo and a town house comes down to the ownership issues. We do not own our front yard, it’s common area. We also don’t take care of the roof or exterior walls of the structure. Legally it’s a condo (I’m on the board and have to sign all the papers all the time).
Must be a CA thing.
