The EIFS, Stucco, MSV & Water Intrusion Class is at InterNACHI’s 2022 Professional Inspectors Convention on October 20-22, 2022.
In this class, you will learn about the similarities and differences between EIFS, stucco, and adhered manufactured stone veneer. By the end, the inspector should be able to accurately identify whether the wall cladding is a type of EIFS or stucco. We’ll also go over the common locations to look for installation errors, and illustrate the damage those errors may cause.
