Sure, why not? It looks like just another Tuesday to me.
Though I’d do one at a time, and not remove all of them at the same time.
If you arrive to inspect a home and the dead front is already removed, do you install it before leaving?
It does not happen a lot, but something that I have seen a handful of times. If the dead front is there, I have always installed it with the mindset that I am mitigating risk.
How do others handle this?
I reinstall it in an occupied home that’s not under renovation.

Personally I do not. When I run across that it’s because the local code inspectors require the owner to have the panel cover removed before they do the occupancy permit inspection. So it has been removed for them and I leave it the way I found it.
