Guess now might be the best time to consider a move into IR (notice I didn’t use the “I” word for fear of being sued:)).
Does this lawsuit have any teeth? How many HI’s here have been served with a notice from HomeSafe? It seems the simple use of IR is not prohibited, providing their patented techniques, protocol, etc. are not used during your home inspection. Most of which seem to revolve around identifying termite infestations.
I know this is an ancient thread but is there some way to find out what the status of this law suit is? The whole thing seems silly but I’m just interested, is there is anything more going on with this? Thanks.
Is HomeSafe still in business???/
I have not seen their business name with any relevance (personally) in over 3 years…
I think that they used to have a Pittsburgh PA Office…
Maybe I am mistaken…
Nathan,
By your response…
you indicate that HomeSafe may still be exercising their “predatory practices”…
I was using and affording myself of FLIR technology (In a Petrochemical Enviroment)
before the Owners of HomeSafe were Incorporated…
