I can save the reading with a 4 step process summary.

  1. Go take some classes that you think will qualify you to perform the service for a consumer making the most expensive purchase of their life.
  2. If you’re in a licensed State take their test and pass with at least a passing score. Most are ridiculously low passing scores and tests are also typically a joke. If no licensing requirements are needed then move straight to step 3.
  3. Advertise your services where consumers will see it in hopes of picking up some work that way.
  4. Kiss a lot of RE ass and you’re all set!!
